Returns and Refunds Policy

To ensure our customers can shop with peace of mind, we handle returns and refunds as follows:

1. When returns and exchanges are possible

• If the product has an initial defect

• If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered

2. When returns or exchanges are not possible

• Returns due to customer reasons (wrong size, different from what you expected, etc.)

• Opened or used products

• Items that have been delivered more than 7 days ago

3. Refunds

Once we have received the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. In principle, refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment.
